Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original Tresor gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking codes are visible.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
